A Panel Fire Suppression System is a pre-engineered, automatic fire protection system specifically designed to detect and suppress fires inside electrical control panels, MCC panels, server cabinets, or other enclosures that house sensitive or high-voltage electrical equipment.

1. Detection Tube or Sensor Wire:

   • Heat-sensitive tubing installed inside the panel.

   • Detects fire or excessive heat directly at the source.

2. Fire Suppression Agent:

   • Clean agents (like FM-200, Novec 1230) or CO₂ gas.

   • Safe for use on electrical components and leaves no residue.

3. Storage Cylinder:

   • Contains the fire suppression agent under pressure.

4. Nozzles / Discharge Tube:

   • Directs the agent evenly inside the panel upon activation.

5. Control Unit (optional in advanced systems):

   • Monitors system status and can trigger alarms or shut down equipment.

2. Activation:

   • The pressure drops, triggering the release of the extinguishing agent.

3. Suppression:

   • Agent is discharged within seconds, smothering the fire before it can spread.
